Payment information: When you purchase a sample kit, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store, see, or have access to your full credit card number, CVC, or banking details. Stripe holds this information in compliance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded plus your billing email and shipping address.

Information collected automatically: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time on site, click and scroll behavior, general geographic location, device type, and browser. Microsoft Clarity may also record anonymized session replays of your interactions with our site for purposes of improving user experience. This data is anonymized and does not identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymized or truncated before storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: (a) respond to inquiries and quote requests; (b) process and ship sample kit orders; (c) send order confirmations, tracking notifications, and transactional messages; (d) send the Sourcing Note newsletter and product updates only if you opted in; (e) notify you of product launches (For Home waitlist); (f) improve our website, products, and user experience based on analytics; and (g) comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.
