Yes. The $65 covers our cost to send you full hospitality-grade product (not a swatch) — sample kits ship in reinforced boxes via UPS Ground with tracking, and the kit itself is final sale once shipped. We'd rather under-promise on returns and over-deliver on quality.
How long does shipping take?
Kits ship within 48 hours via UPS Ground from Miami, FL. Delivery typically 3-5 business days within the continental US.
Can I order in bulk after I receive the kit?
Yes — and the $65 is credited toward your first bulk invoice. MOQ for bulk is 24 units per SKU. NET-30 terms available for verified trade accounts.
