These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of zennforthome.com and any services, products, or content provided by Zennforthome LLC ("Zennforthome," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this site, placing an order, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Use of Site

This website is intended for use by hospitality operators, short-term rental operators, trade buyers, and adult consumers (18+) evaluating or purchasing hospitality linens. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended business use. You may not use our site to engage in fraud, scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable law.

2. Sample Kit Orders

The $65 sample kit fee is charged at the time of order via Stripe and covers product cost plus handling. The fee does not include applicable sales tax (collected at checkout where required) or shipping (calculated separately based on destination). Sample kits ship within 48 business hours via UPS Ground from Miami, FL, and typically arrive within 3–5 business days within the continental US.

Final Sale Policy: Sample kits may be cancelled and refunded if cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, sample kits are final sale — no refunds, replacements, or returns. The $65 covers our cost to send full hospitality-grade product (not a swatch) for evaluation purposes. Kits ship in reinforced packaging via UPS Ground with tracking. 3. Payment Processing

All online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, CVC codes, or banking details on our servers. By paying through our site, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. Failed or disputed payments may result in order cancellation. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact with us may result in account suspension.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled via Shippo and carried by UPS Ground or comparable services. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier pickup. Lost or stolen packages should be reported within 14 days of expected delivery; we will work with the carrier to file claims but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Reshipment due to incorrect address information is at your expense.

5. Quotes and Wholesale Pricing

All wholesale quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, raw material costs, and availability. We will notify you of any price changes before your purchase order is confirmed. Quoted prices are in USD and exclude shipping, duties, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6. Minimum Order Quantities

Standard minimum order quantities are 24 units per SKU per size. Volume pricing applies to orders of 24+ units per SKU. Custom logo embroidery and dye-to-Pantone orders require a minimum of 24 units per SKU and carry an 8–10 week lead time. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.

7. Payment Terms for Wholesale

NET-30 payment terms are available to verified business accounts. Verification requires a valid business email, tax ID or EIN, and trade references. First orders from new accounts may require 50% prepayment with the balance due upon delivery. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

8. Product Specifications and Variations

Product images, colors, and specifications shown on our website are representative. Actual products may vary slightly in shade, weave, or finish due to natural fabric variation and lighting in photography. Spec sheets included with sample kits represent the bulk-order standard.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, photography, logos, design, code, and product descriptions — is the property of Zennforthome LLC or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. The "Zennforthome" name and logo are trademarks of Zennforthome LLC.

10. User Submissions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us become our property and may be used without compensation. You represent that any content you submit (reviews, photos, testimonials) is original to you and does not infringe on any third party's rights.

11. Disclaimers

Our services and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties beyond what is required by applicable law and disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zennforthome's total cumulative liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100, or (b) the amount you paid to Zennforthome in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Zennforthome harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our site or refuse service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent site notice.
